For the Best Cough mixture

Add to 1 litre of hot water
2 tablespoons Certified Organic Active 10+ Manuka Honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of dried or fresh sage
freshly squeeze juice from 2 or 3 lemons.

Let ingredients dissolve and drink hot or cold.   Add more hot or cold water to taste.  The stronger the better!
