Natracare digital super tampons come in a box of 20. They are individually wrapped (with no applicator). Super tampons are for medium to heavy flow. If you experience leakage then use Natracare digital super plus tampons. Insertion tip: Stretch the cotton string in a left to right direction opening up the end of the tampon before insertion. Remember to replace often. As your flow lessens use a regular tampon. Use with Natracare panty shields which come in plain, curved, organic cotton and g-string (Tanga).

Natracare tampons are totally chlorine free (TCF). Chlorine bleaching creates a by-product called dioxin which has extremely harmful effects on the environment and has been linked to ill health and even endeometritis. Natracare tampons do not irritate or create the bacteria that causes TSS. Safe to use at night if you do not experience problems already.
