The cotton tampon expands lengthways with a cardboard tube to assist in the insertion of the tampon. Each pack contains 16 tampons. Super Applicator tampons are for medium to heavy flow. Note Everyone is shaped differently. If you still experience leakage you should change to super digital tampons which are designed to expand widthways. Also use a panty liner for extra protection.
